When Getting Started With Us

When you place an order in our online shop, we store the following information in order to fulfil the contract concluded between you and Smart Estate Agency or to carry out pre-contractual measures in accordance with Article 6 lit. b) GDPR:

 

Your full name, your e-mail address, your address (property address if different, property type, and some property details). Your data will only be used to process your order.

 

If you submit data to Smart Estate Agency for an order, your data will be stored for as long as necessary for the processing of the purchase and mandatory according to the legal retention periods. The extended storage for the fulfilment of the storage obligations is carried out according to article 6 lit. c) GDPR.

If you contact us via a contact form on our website, the data you provide will be stored so that your message can be forwarded to the correct contact person. This is done in accordance with Article 6 lit. b) GDPR to process your request. Your data provided via a contact form will not be used for any other purposes, in particular not for advertising.

Deletion Of Data

The data processed by us will be deleted or restricted in its processing in accordance with Articles 17 and 18 of the GDPR. Unless expressly stated in this Privacy Policy, the data stored by us will be deleted as soon as it is no longer required for its intended purpose and the deletion does not conflict with any statutory retention obligations. Business Analyses And Market Research

In order to operate our business economically and to be able to recognise market trends, customer and user wishes, we analyse the data we have on business transactions, contracts, inquiries, etc.. In doing so, we process inventory data, communication data, contract data, payment data, usage data, metadata on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR, whereby the data subjects include customers, interested parties, business partners, visitors and users of the online offer. The analyses are carried out for the purpose of business management evaluations, marketing and market research. In doing so, we may take into account the profiles of registered users with details of, for example, their purchase transactions. The analyses serve us for the increase of the user friendliness, the optimisation of our offer and the business management. The analyses serve us alone and are not disclosed externally, unless they are anonymous analyses with aggregated values.

 

If these analyses or profiles are personal, they will be deleted or anonymised upon termination of the user, otherwise after two years from the conclusion of the contract. Otherwise, the overall business analyses and general tendency analyses shall be prepared anonymously, if possible.

 

Collection Of Access Data And Log Files

We collect on the basis of our legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. GDPR, we collect data about each access to the server on which this service is located (so-called server log files). Integration Of Services And Contents Of Third Parties
